Entrepreneurs and small business owners are notorious for trying to do it all themselves. “If I do it myself I know it’ll be done right!”
Maybe in the dream-world that’s okay. But in reality? This behavior pushes away team members and ultimately leads to a worse-off service or product.
But you don’t have to do it alone. A great consultant (some may say “coach”) should help you find blindspots, source alternatives, and help finetune some systems to help you get your life back.
